• Most orders are processed within 24 hours. We do our best to process within this timeframe.

• Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, (except major holidays).

• Outlying Areas within South Africa - 2 to 3 days

• For Shipping outside of South African Borders, please drop us an email and we will do our best to assist you.

 

RETURNS

• Items correctly supplied as per order cannot be returned or refunded due to hygienic reasons.

• Any items received damaged or broken need to be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel.

• We cannot take responsibility for any damaged items should we not be notified timeously.
