To a large degree, most scholars regard trade unionism, collective bargaining and labour–management relations, and the national labour policy and labour law within which they are embedded, as the core subjects of the field.

 

This can in many cases be a very tricky subject within the organisational environment but we assist in how to deal with this and how to do it exactly accordingly to all legislation.

 

In some critical cases, we even send in our one specialist in the field to run your case for you when it gets to the CCMA, in other cases, we prepare you and guide you with the whole process and what to do when. We present a workshop on this very same subject to make it a bit easier for management teams in dealing with day to day misconduct and performance issues within the Organization.
