Celebrating 25 Years - Roan Systems

Today earmarks the incredible milestone of 25 years that we have had the honour of serving our customers with innovative printer and mobility solutions. We started Roan Systems with one mission - to improve clients’ businesses and lives with extraordinary products and services.

Roan Systems’ milestones through the years from just a printer solutions provider have helped us to be recognised as one of the top companies in our industry.

Milestones include the introduction of mobility solutions in 2011 and 2017 marked the introduction of Simplify; our own hardware as a service model that has had incredible growth and helps our valued customers not having to worry about inflated fleets, or managing end-of-life or service and most importantly they can apply their CAPEX to grow the core of their business whilst we take care of the rest.

We believe that our greatest asset over the years is the consistency, with which we place our customers first, ensuring that in solving problems and offering solutions, we are not merely showcasing our expertise, but offering real-time cost savings and increased efficiency in business operations.

This year will be no different as we will continue to introduce new products and services that will include Software as a Service and expand our RFID Solutions and Contract Repair Centre with the addition of our Honeywell Authorised Service Center. Last but by no means the least our Roan Active Services Department will continue to deliver Service Level Agreements that are unmatched. With average monthly SLAs of above 90%, our customers get true value for their monies.
