Secure Access Control Management

Roan VMS is an electronic visitor management book that will replace the cumbersome and illegible paper or clipboard with an android application loaded on an android mobile computer. This will provide the estate/premises with true and accurate information of any visitor, contractor or unknown person entering and exiting the estate.

The system is cloud-based and no other IT infrastructure is required. The solution is in line with the POPI act and includes the following:

CREATE/BULK UPLOAD ADDRESSES

 

An Address is any location in the complex or estate that will receive visitors. In a residential estate, this a street address. In an office park this a business address.

BLACKLISTING

 

A Black List is a list of items that represent people or vehicles that are not as welcome as visitors.

Including date filters, incident types and severity status of the incident.

EVENT CUSTOMIZATION

 

An event is a special gathering of people where you want to pre-approve the visitors.
